Our youth class community ranges from elementary to early high school years. We supplement the same programming that we use in our CrossFit program into our youth program and incorporate movements that keep our young athletes interested, active, and having fun. Loads are scaled to each child’s capability and we teach them the same fundamental movements we would to our adult members in order to optimize fitness and health as well as keep them safe. Anything from running and rowing to pull ups and dumbbells are incorporated into this program.

Our CrossFit program delivers a style of fitness that is, all in one, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not to specialize. The structure of this program is designed to be scalable for all levels making it the perfect supplement to any individual’s lifestyle regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program so that it is used universally amongst our varying range of members.
Anyone from college and professional athletes, housewives, grandparents, children, and those coming back from surgery, illness or injury have found their best fitness from the same regimen. We specifically program a routine of constantly varied, functional movements that will be performed at high intensity in order to provide an environment that will improve health and fitness within the Bollinger CrossFit community.

Anything and everything Nutrition!  Coach Shelby graduated with a degree in Sports Nutrition and would love to help anyone and everyone with nutrition questions, counseling, meal planning, etc. 

We also offer meal prep by out of the cave!
